Chief Mindfulness Instructor, Lannspace As Lann’s Chief Mindfulness Instructor and Corporate Mindfulness Lead Trainer, Zhang Ben specializes in the integration of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and aromatherapy-based practices. Her work focuses on bringing mindfulness into everyday work and life settings, helping individuals cultivate greater inner stability, embodied connection, and vitality amid the demands of modern urban life.
